Before or after a client moves into their home, after a thorough examination, ahighly customized Manual of Standard Operating Procedures with details of all the know-how’s, do’s and don’ts and every specific detail for the house management staff to operate is prepared. It is compiled with great care and attention to detail, for seasonal changes, for every room in the house.
The privacy and confidentiality factor is given topmost importance and the same is driven down to any person working on site, by making house rules. Safety and security of the family's belongings are not compromised at any cost. The procedures for authorisation for removal / change / breakage are put in place to avoid any unforeseen mishandling/loss of the valuables. With this manual, we try to recreate the experience of a deluxe five star hotel's service at the clients’ own abode, in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The staff recruited by the client is trained to serve the family as per their preference, requirements and schedules. We plan the work as per the 24 hours of each family member and assign duties to the staff working there to ensure that the Principal Client and their family don't have to manage anything on their own.
