Staff Training

A team of great staff, make your home a dream. The most important part of building a great team lies in picking the right staff and training them to maximize their efficiency. We work towards proving the best team of staff for each of our client’s homes. We work thoroughly on evaluating the household duties and propose a staffing structure. We also prepare time and work schedules for each staff member, so it is easy for understanding the staff allocations. We also help in documenting the job analysis, job descriptions and job specifications and also assist in interviewing candidates and placement.

We set up hospitality and cleaning departments in the property. In case of damage / breakage /misconduct, this is extremely important in order to narrow down on the staff working in those areas. We train the staff and ensure that we lend support to the team to perform efficiently even after the training is over. We can offer periodic checks and ensure that all loopholes are covered; training needs are assessed and we retrain them as per requirement.

Check-lists are created for every room, so the supervisor can ensure that all the areas are checked well for maintenance and cleanliness. We train the Housekeeping Manager and staff to take care of art work and antiques. Regular checks and cleaning will ensure that the value of these don't decrease due to wrong handling by unskilled people. We make the housekeeping staff aware about the fine techniques of cleaning and managing the house in such a way that the services are seamless and as per the client’s requirement.

We also provide post-project consultation for a few cases. To ensure the smooth and seamless running of the household upon project completion, periodic consultations will be done to check progress and direction.
