Property Audits & Snag list preparation

Just before our client moves into their new Abode, we involve in brainstorming on their behalf with the commissioned architect to translate their needs to designs while planning living spaces. Our major role is in giving a practical and maintenance prospective while the interiors are getting finalised. We think about various aspects like designing novel storage and organizing spaces, like linen storage, dry/wet kitchen workspaces, throw insight during procurement of equipment, their storage and replacement eventually due to wear and tear Etc. On their behalf, the property will be inspected and checked for faults snags, The snag lists will be prepared and shared for it to be executed.

We work towards checking off items on the snag list and prepare a detailed report on readiness of the home for occupation. Along with this, we also provide relocation services – wherein we coordinate with the movers & packers for moving the household items and ensure that everything is well packed and ready for handling and transporting. We also supervise the unloading, unpacking and setting up of the home. We maintain records and manuals for the items which are received. We take pride in setting up controls and audits to ensure standards are maintained and sustained.
