The Food and Beverage service wing is a vital part of the home which interacts with the guests directly and maintains the highest level of customer service. With this training, the staff will be exposed to operations within the Food and Beverage Service department so they can gain hospitality knowledge and skills through a structured training program.

Trainees are introduced to operations within a Food & Beverage Department and be exposed to food production, serving, hosting, inventory, purchasing, etc. Trainees will apply classroom knowledge to hands on experience in giving the best quality service. They are trained to be their best at all times- like display knowledge of the food menu, preparation of food items, to listen and respond to the guests, behave in a courteous and pleasant manner, well groomed at all times, solve problems and make decisions quickly and wisely. With us, they will be trained for the best F&B service including table setting, menu preparation, service, waitress-ing and bar-tending.

The butler executes multiple activities ranging from Table Setting, Record keeping of prized possessions, downloading movies, updating the client with their favorite books etc. With regards to managing food & drinks, they will monitor & execute the daily and periodic activities, including supervision of necessities of personal toiletries or organize for personalized gifts. We can also train your personal butler or provide professional butlers to make your life comfortable in the way you desire.
